How do I know if my client needs IOP?
Our in-depth screening and assessment process helps to place your client or patient into the right level of care for their current condition and support needs.
Risk Factors
Client poses a risk to themselves or others and does not require 24 hour safety monitoring. Excluding risk of aggression or violence.
Daily Functioning
When people are seriously impacted by their mental health and struggle to attend school or work, or engage in activities, they may need IOP.
Relationships
People may be experiencing conflict, trouble starting or maintaining relationships, or could be so isolated they are not engaging in social contact.
Treatment Resistance
Those who have experienced multiple hospitalizations or treatment episodes may have medical or institutional trauma and complex treatment needs. Excluding active psychosis.
