Intensive mental health treatment helping young adults (18-26) find stability
From crisis to confidence
What's IOP?
When families find someone they love significantly impacted by their mental health condition, resulting in disruptions at school, work, or home, they are in a mental health crisis. Weekly therapy and other resources may not provide the necessary support.
An Intensive outpatient therapy (IOP) program is designed to provide the intensive professional mental health care required to keep them safe then help them to learn the skills needed while living at home, supported by family or loved ones.
