SensoriWorks is a pioneering healthcare initiative founded by a multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals. We recognized a critical gap in the healthcare system: people weren’t receiving care that truly reflected their past experiences, current lifestyle, and future aspirations. Our mission is to revolutionize mental healthcare by addressing the mental, physical, and emotional needs of the whole person.

Amanda Osborn (she/her), LICSW

Founder and Clinical Director

Amanda Osborn is the visionary force behind SensoriWorks. With over a decade of experience in Addiction and Mental Health programming and treatment, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to her role. Amanda earned her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California (USC) Suzanne Dvorak-Peck School of Social Work.
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Master Addiction Counselor, she has designed and credentialed multiple successful programs, including SensoriWorks.

Amanda’s approach is deeply informed by her lived experiences as a queer individual, mother of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent children, and her own journey with ADHD and chronic illness. Her specialized clinical training encompasses Complex Trauma, Play Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and innovative interventions for neurodivergence, trauma, and addictions.

Beyond her professional life, Amanda is passionate about nurturing her neuro-spicy family through nutritious cooking, outdoor adventures, and fostering deep connections. Her belief in the power of play and holistic well-being infuses every aspect of SensoriWorks’ approach to healing and growth.

Nick Osborn (he/him), MS, RYT-200

Founder and Operations Director

Nick Osborn brings a unique blend of analytical expertise, teaching experience, and holistic wellness practices to SensoriWorks. With nearly a decade of experience in healthcare data analytics, he excels in measuring healthcare programs, analyzing medical economic trends, and providing insightful consultations. His analytical skills provide a solid foundation for SensoriWorks’ evidence-based approach to care.

As a passionate educator, he has inspired minds at Portland State University and served as an adjunct professor at Clark College and Lower Columbia College, teaching mathematics and statistics with a curious and practical approach. His teaching experience extends beyond academia to coaching youth sports, reflecting his commitment to community engagement and personal development.

Nick is a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certified yoga teacher, adding a dimension of mindfulness and body awareness to SensoriWorks’ functional mental health approach. From the assumption that self worth is inherent, he believes in every person’s capacity to embody that worth through personal integrity and a supportive community. Nick is passionate about transforming physical, mental, and emotional discomfort into growth through curiosity and conscious actions.

Dr. Lana Ferris (she/her), ND

Prescribing Physician

Dr. Lana Ferris is a naturopathic doctor specializing in mental health, eating disorders, and transgender health. Her expertise extends to complex trauma, highly sensitive individuals, neurodivergent issues, and burnout. Dr. Lana’s approach is both compassionate and evidence-based, making her particularly adept at deciphering complex cases and unraveling the connections between seemingly unrelated symptoms.

Her practice is grounded in core values of reliability, connection, presence, and inclusivity. Dr. Lana is dedicated to providing responsive, consistent care and being fully present in every interaction. She views patients as teammates and experts of their own experiences, fostering a judgment-free and welcoming space for all, regardless of race, size, gender identity, sexual orientation, or background. Dr. Lana is a firm advocate of the “Health at Every Size” approach, recognizing that well-being transcends physical appearance.

Dr. Lana’s journey in naturopathic medicine began at Whitworth University in Spokane, WA, and culminated with her degree from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in 2020. Her clinical rotations in mental health, transgender health, and addiction medicine have further honed her expertise. Beyond her professional life, Dr. Lana enjoys quality time with her family in Vancouver, WA, often found hiking, gardening, or immersed in a good book.
